AVS Audio Editor provides a pleasant audio editing experience. In many respects, the interface layout of this tool doesn't differ from those of similar software programs, so experienced users can learn to use it in the blink of an eye. There is a ribbon to allow fast access to its plentiful features. What I find particularly convenient is that various audio tracks can be edited in the same session. Moreover, you can mix all those tracks into a single output file.
Luckily, the program can add multiple effects and filters to the recorded audio. I was particularly interested in removing the noise from a video recording. So, I used the noise removal filter for this purpose. As I had already tried doing this with other programs, I had the chance to compare the results. Unfortunately, although the program reduced the noise at a certain level, it was no match for other tools.
Conveniently, the editor supports importing a wide range of both video and audio file formats, which means that it may be used to extract the sound track from a video clip. Likewise, there are multiple output profiles to choose from, many of them specifically configured to match the requisites of given devices.
In a few words, AVS Audio Editor is a great choice. However, if you have a limited budget, you should know that there are some free similar tools.
